Motlatjo Lodge Is an ecotourism or agritourism destination, which is strongly encouraged
by the South African Government. We are destined for the pinnacle of our local counterparts in the
ecotourism industry. We are situated within the territory of the Ndebele Nzunza tribe, 10km from
Bronkhorstspruit town on R25. Our GPS coordinates are S 25.71 E 28.79.
The lodge offers a two star facility, graded by the Tourism Grading Council of SA. It is rezoned on
a farm with mixed farming activities.
Our guests enjoy the tranquality of ecotourism, where the mornings and the dawns are
characterised by the crowing of roosters and the singing of a variety of birds... These form the
integral part of ecotourism, the landscape is that of Ndebele milieau with an abundance of
African hospitality.
“Motlatjo” is a Sepedi word for “the one who fulfills”. So we are always striving for the fulfillment
of the needs of our guests.

- Two family chalets, two rooms, one double bed, plus three single beds, shower + wc

3. Three Rondavels Chalets (1)
- Large group or family chalet with 3x Bedrooms, Open lounge, kitchen, 2x shower and
1x wc, lounge suit, TV, 1x 2plate stove, fridge, 1x microwave, 2x single beds in each
bedroom plus sleeper couch in lounge.

4. Twins Chalets (2)
- Two small family chalets, double bed with sleeper couch in each chalet. Both chalets
are the same with open lounge/ kitchen, microwave, 2plate stove, zinc, fridge.
NB: Chalet No.1 has a shower and No.2 has a bath.

5. Conference cottage (1)
- This is a big cottage for conferences or camping groups with common bathroom
facilities. it has a hall/ dormitory and 4x private bedrooms, bunker beds with
mattresses available, guests are expected to bring their own linen and own
toiletries.

- No fridge/ freezer in kitchen
